Campbell Construction is currently acting as the Construction Manager for the Capital Park project, which is a multi-phase mixed-use development project being completed in a joint effort by Concert Properties Ltd. and Jawl Properties Ltd.
Building A1 is a 5 storey office building with retail space on the ground floor and one level of underground parking.
Building B1 is a 4 storey mixed-use commercial and residential development, with retail on the first floor, 3 storeys with 53 residential units above and one level of underground parking.
This project is targeted LEED Platinum and is expected to be completed in the winter of 2020.
